life's a journal.
Faith and art have been my world before I even got here. I cannot fathom, none the less detail, the amount of singing, serving and creating I did before I Ever chose to do it myself.

My formal dance training began at 13 leading me to a cumulative 16 years of dance technique training, practical dance ministry, performance, choreography and teaching experience.

After my departure from School, I needed something to fill the space. So as one does, I launched a brand.

I soon realized that this brand had the potential to be quite successful but I realized my heart wasn't in it and I shut down the brand after 1 year in business.
Segullah Co. was built around the idea of it’s namesake. The word Segullah is of Hebrew origin and means, “valued property or special/peculiar treasure.”
A lack of self-worth has always riddled the dance world and I hoped to do my part to combat that. The Desire for the brand was to build community and serve as a subtle reminder of dignity and pride through apparel and accessories.

Simultaneously, I picked up a camera. I found that I quite enjoyed the art of framing a subject and the tedious work of editing. I found myself move from capturing images of friends and family to shooting and filming content for clients, brands and small businesses.

The pandemic gave us all time to find truly random things to do. My covid achievements are as follows...
I started a podcast (that clearly didn't last long).

I am excited to say, that since my return to the US, I have been researching and planning new ways to integrate art And Discipleship with travel and contemplative practices To provide artists, creatives and curious minds with resources and tools to function more holistically and sustainably.
I am ecstatic to get to share that work in the neAR future.

I danced, I read, I wrote, ate some really great food and let the beauty of creation truly infect me and transform my thoughts on Holy rest.
Though I did not end up attending that program, I spent the better part of the next two years traveling full time.
After being accepted into a curatorial Studies program in 2022, I sold my things, packed up and left the country.
